PACK 1—NEW PRESSURE ROLLER
NEW PRESSURE ROLLER WITH “NOTCHED ENGRAVED SURFACE
- The bigger diameter and the new notched engraved surface makes the roll softer and capable to press the void areas of the plate
- Suitable for both adhesive tape and plates
- Elimination of the labour for sticking the tape and the plates
- Smooth and constant pressure on all the printing face
PACK 2—NEW CAMERA BAR
NEW CAMERA BAR WITH LINEAR RACK AND "TOUCLESS" MOVEMENT
The new camera bar is equipped with linear rack/gearing for the motorized cameras linear movement.
Moreover it is equipped with the new TOUCHLESS SLIDING SYSTEM: the cameras follow the hand of the operator.

PACK 3—NEW CAMERA BAR WITH HD CAMERAS
NEW CAMERA BAR WITH HD CAMERAS, FOR MICRODOT MOUNTING
In order to improve the magnification using microdots, it is necessary to switch to HD Megapixel cameras with fixed focus, that allows higher magnification of the image.
With this retrofit kit, a new camera bar is installed, equipped with HD megapixel cameras, and proper mechanics to manage the vertical positioning of the cameras according to the repeat of the job, to match the right focusing length.
PACK 4—iTABLE
NEW CAMERA BAR WITH HD CAMERAS, FOR MICRODOT MOUNTING

Like the PACK #4, but with the software that gives the machine the ability to recognize the registration mark and automatically make the positioning of the plate and the automatic mounting.
